One Babylonian replied and R. Hiyya [was] his name: [It is written.] “And the dry land his hands formed?” (Psalms 95:5). It is [to be] written, “His hand.” But it is written, “They formed?” Nahman b. Yitzchak said: His fingers formed as it is written, “When I see Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars which You have established” (Psalms 8:4).
